Hi FSL admin,
I am designing a GLM for correlation of diffusion measures wrt cognitive(RT) measures, with age sex and read as co variants.
I have designed a con and mat file as seen below.The 3rd and 4th column of the mat file the RT measures were demeaned separately
for Control and mTBI measures. The Age, Sex and Read co variants were demeaned together.
I believe this design will help to find correlation difference between slopes of Diffusion w.r.t RT for Control
vs Diffusion w.r.t RT for mTBI. However I want to design my contrast and mat files so that I can
1. Find significant slopes Diffusion w.r.t RT for Control
2. Find significant slopes Diffusion w.r.t RT for mTBI
3. Find significant slope difference btw Diffusion w.r.t RT for Control and Diffusion w.r.t for mTBI.
How I could get these three effects together in one GLM construction?
