Hi Annalisa,
the access to these services can be unreliable, so it is always worth
trying a few times, however, I suspect you've already done that.
These both just use HTTP so it is unlikely that this is down to a network
issue, so can I ask you to try the following:
gaia -debug 1
and see if that works or not, then:
gaia -debuglog 1
this command will produce a file "GaiaDebug.log" that may help me
understand things. Send it to me in an off-list message, it can be large
(exit GAIA before this).
