Dear SPM users,
when running the “Normalize to MNI space” function from the DARTEL toolbox, I receive the following error message:
Item 'Images', field 'val': Number of matching files (0) less than required (1).
The funny thing is, that this error message appears when I define my image inputs as dependencies, as well as when I enter the appropriate images directly (taken from independently-run preprocessing modules).
A second issue I have, is that the Dartel-suitable tissue class image fails to coregister to my mean functional image. When performing Segmentation on my T1 image (which is coregistered to mean T2*), all tissue class images are registered correctly, apart from the rc1* image. Would anyone have an explanation for this?
My intended processing sequence:
Slice time correction - Realign and unwarp - Coregister: estimate (T1 into mean T2* space) - Segment - Dartel: create templates - Dartel: Normalize to MNI.
I am running SPM12 on MATLAB R2016b.
Many many thanks for your time,
