Hi,
We've started receiving renewal documentation from T&F, and buried in the covering letter is this paragraph:
New Policy for 2017
From 2017 Taylor & Francis will implement a generous 20 year rolling archive in addition to the current year (i.e. a 2017 subscription will include online access back to 1997) at no additional cost while the subscription is maintained, visit http://www.tandfonline.com/page/terms-and-conditions for Terms and Conditions.
It looks like, from 2018, there will be a growing gap between the end of our purchased archives (1996) and the start of the frontfile (1998 then and moving forward one year every January). How long before we are offered the chance to extend our archives (for a suitable fee) to cover this gap?
Has anybody seen an official announcement from T&F about this? There's nothing I could find on their Librarian's page (http://www.tandf.co.uk/libsite/), and I would have thought a change of this magnitude would have been worth mentioning to their customers.
Best wishes,
Trevor Hough
