Apologies for cross posting.
Dear Colleagues
Please find below details regarding an opportunity to provide feedback on access and authentication at your institution, sent on behalf of Thomson Reuters:
Subject: Trends in access models: Web of Science Innovation Team would like for feedback on access and authentication at your institution.
***********************************************************************************************************
Hi Everyone,
I know we're reaching out to you at one of your busiest times of the year (Is there a 'not busy' time?), but we wanted to contact you to ask if you might again be interested in providing us some valuable feedback.
We are exploring the development of new access models for site-wide authentication at institutions. The goal is to benefit your organization by reducing the support cost and time associated with existing methods like IP and proxy access, as well as increasing security and providing usage statistics that allow for better understanding of user behaviour. Faculty, students and other end-user patrons would benefit from enhanced personalisation and easier options to access our resources from anywhere.
If possible, can you please complete this survey below which will help us validate and further clarify our exploration of this topic. The survey should take approximately 2 minutes to complete. Feel free to pass this along to your colleagues who may also have an interest in responding to the survey.

Thanks again! If you are interested, a request for a summary of results can be requested by participants within the survey.
Please contact Web of Science Service for UK Education Support by emailing [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> should you have any queries or require assistance.
With kind regards
Suzanne
