Thanks for your answer. I would expect that should work too, but the problem I face is that when using TFCE, PALM needs a surface file as an input. If I am not mistaken, surface files are only for separate hemisphere, and cannot be combined in a single file? So I don’t see any way of supplying PALM with both hemisphere surface files in a single run to go along the cifti, which contains both hemisphere...
