Facilitated by our Training Team, we're holding another eduroam clinic next Tuesday. These are great group forums in which to pose a question (by text or audio), hear the experiences of other members of the eduroam community and to learn from the answers of the expert panel consisting of the fab four eduroam(UK) Support team (and usually me). There is also the opportunity to go off into a private virtual room for in depth consultation with one of the panel.
This month we’re focusing on reviewing the health of your service – so you might want to ask us:
• How can I assess the state of health of my eduroam service?
• What parameters should I be using to measure my service?
• What tools are available?
• What test/assurance process should I be using?
• Why am I getting alert e-mails reporting issues with my service?
• How can I view the NRPS error logs relating to my site?
• How do I understand the NRPS error log excerpt files?
But of course any question is welcome!
The clinic will be open from 2.15pm and will run from 2.30 to 3.30. We use Adobe Connect for the clinic and in order to access you will require a web browser running the latest Adobe Flash player, an integrated headset and mic or headphones and a built in microphone.
