From your error message, there should be a file
/home/rajan/ccpnmr/python2.7/lib/python2.7/site-packages/numpy/lib/scimath.py
It looks as if you are using a precompiled analysis installation that includes python, numpy etc. so if it isn't there, it would suggest that your package didn't download or unpack properly.
David's suggestions are all perfectly valid, but on Fedora, RHEL, CentOS, Scientific Linux, etc. compiling analysis from source using the system python is dead easy and very reliable. See
