Just to let everyone know, there are now two macros (attached, unless jiscmail scrubs them) which do two slightly different things. The first macro, mostly written by Simon, is in the file exportPeakListsCcpn.py, and it dumps the peaks for each peakList in a subdirectory exportedPeakLists/ of the project directory, in a separate file for each peakList (the fileName is determined by the spectrum name and the peakList serial). The second macro is in the file peaksTable.py, and it opens up specified peakLists in a “selected peaks” Analysis popup. From there you can export them all to a single file in the usual way.
