IT Change and Release Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated, insightful individual with excellent planning and communication skills to take charge of our Change & Release processes. Knowledge and experience of ITIL disciplines such as change, release and configuration management is essential. You will be part of a wider team responsible for creating and maintaining long-term collaborative partnerships with our internal customers, IT service delivery and Service transition processes.
Working in the IT Operations Department of The National Archives, you will have responsibility to shape and develop Change & Release processes and embed them within a transforming IT Department. You will be a senior member of the IT department and will act as deputy IT Engagement & Service Delivery Manager. You will have an opportunity to influence our direction and will help to improve things. This job offers an exciting and stimulating brief for the right candidate.
Salary: £37,500
