We are pleased to announce the availability of a fully funded PhD studentship for research into offshore transmission systems asset management under severe uncertainty, in collaboration between the School of Engineering & Computing Sciences, and the Department Mathematical Sciences, at Durham University, UK. This project also involves active collaboration and support from the Offshore Renewable Energy (ORE) Catapult, with facilities across the UK in Blyth, Glasgow and Fife. The funding includes fee waiver at UK/EU rates plus a monthly stipend as well as additional funding for travel and consumables.
