Dear all
Firstly thankyou to those who responded to my resent posting a few weeks ago. I have another question which I would welcome your thoughts.
I have a gentleman who has sever ataxia ( sufferers with a rare genetic condition) I haven't yet seen this man but I am aware that he recently has an accident at work when he was standing from a sitting position - as he did so he lost his balance the chair moved and he hit his head on the desk. His manager wants us to provide this man with a suitable chair ( with breaks) this is something which I have never come across. Would Access to work be helpful in this case? Or has anyone has experience of this sort of issue? The manager wants to do everything to keep this man at work . Obviously I want to assist where we can .
Any advice would be appreciated
Thanks Jane
