Dear All,
I am playing with some ideas that would require re-estimating an already estimated first level model several times, with slight modifications to the regressors. In the end, I want to harvest a specific spmT-map and continue. I have scripted most of this just fine using calls to spm_fmri_spm_ui, spm_spm, spm_FcUtil and spm_contrasts, but running this, say, 100 times is becoming prohibitively slow. I have read similar posts on this ("Avoid disk access when running a first-level mode" from January 28, 2014) but this does not seem to fully solve my problem. Any pointers would be much appreciated.
Cheers
Marko
