Hello,
I would like to run randomise_parallel several times in a bash script - each time for a different ROI mask.
I want the current randomise run to terminate before the next one starts up as all cores are being used for each job.
Currently, the existing script puts automatically spawns jobs into the background, which complicates things a little.
In other words, the sequence of command would be something like this
#!/bin/bash
randomise_parallel .....etc .......-m roi1.nii....--T2......
randomise_parallel .....etc .......-m roi2.nii....--T2 .....
randomise_parallel .....etc .......-m roi3.nii....--T2 ....
randomise_parallel .....etc .......-m roi4.nii....--T2 .....
randomise_parallel .....etc .......-m roi5.nii....--T2 .....
.
Is there easy way to insert a line between line 1 and line 2 that ensures the first job is finished before the second job starts up?
Thanks,
Chris.
