Hello,
Assuming your design is set up
EV1 ( mean ) EV2 ( first additional covariate ) EV3 ( second additional covariate )
then you just need to add the two contrasts
0 1 0
0 0 1
to see the effect of the additional EVs.
Hope this helps,
Kind Regards
Matthew

I am primarily interested in the effect of each of the other EVs (i.e. the group mean is not of interest and I am not looking at an interaction). If I use the filtered_fun_data.nii.gz as the 4d input I only receive group mean output from randomise. How can I instruct randomise to run on the effect of each of the two continuous covariates?
