Dear FSL experts,
Sorry that I am sending out my question again as I didn't explain it with details in my previous email.
I have run multiple t-tests for different ROIs as pre-threshold masking and different conditions respectively between two groups with cluster-wise correction. I found that when I chose different Z threshold values (corresponding to p=0.001 and p=0.01), the resulting clusters were quite different (the cluster p threshold was set as 0.05): a) in some t-tests, clusters were shown only at p=0.001, b) in other t-tests, clusters were shown only at p=0.01, c) in a few t-tests, clusters were similar in location but different in size between p=0.001 (smaller) and p=0.01 (bigger). I can understand the result c) as less voxels passed p=0.001, which led to smaller clusters. Could you help me explain the results a) and b)?
Thanks in advance,
Xiangchuan Chen
