Hi folks,
I was unable to find whether this was discussed previously, so my apologies if it was.
I am experiencing the same issue with all my data sets where a refined map (after 3D auto-refine) is much lower in resolution (20A) than the initial model after 3D classification (14A). Has anybody had a similar experience?
Also, is there a way to get FSC curves for volumes generated after 3D classification?
Many thanks!
Elena
