That's weird -- it looks like somehow your download of Starlink has
set Gaia to be non executable. I have no idea why it would have done
that -- I haven't heard of other issues with this, so I don't *think*
its a bug in our star-2015B. Did any of the kappa commands actually
work, or was it typing 'kappa' and seeing the usual response?
Could you try running
ls -l /home/ross/star-2015B/bin/kappa/
And send me the output?
If all of the executable flags have been lost then I think that's
probably something in your system -- best guess would either be the
unpacking of the tarball, or a home directory mounted so that nothing
in it is executable.
