Dear Hamid,
in any of your publications it is important to refer to the exact
version and revision of the SPM software you have been using for your
analyses. This information is always available by typing the following
at the MATLAB prompt:
>> spm version
ans =
SPM12 (6831)
We do not have a specific reference for SPM12 but you can always cite
the SPM book as a general reference:

and/or pick any article that describes the parts of SPM you have been
using from here:
