Hi SPM experts,
What will be the appropriate contrast for three conditions A B C that tests for A > SUM of B and C? A relates to left and right movement, B relates to left movement, C relates to right movement.
The following options do not seem to suit my aim:
The T contrast [2 -1 -1] tests if the activity in A is larger than the MEAN activity in B and C. But I'm not interested in the mean but SUM of B and C.
The F contrasts [1 -1 0] and [1 0 -1] tests if the activity in A is larger than the activity in B OR C.
Is [1 -1 -1] the appropriate contrast? Is this T contrast?
Thanks!
