Dear spm users,
I’m running a first level glm with resting state data. I calculate the t-test for a constant. This works. If I add 6 motion parameters as regressors I get the following error message only for some datasets:
Error using spm_est_non_sphericity (line 196)
Please check your data: There are no significant voxels.
I’ve checked with fslview the whole dataset and cannot find any odd volumes.
Does anyone have an idea what might be the problem?
Best
