Dear List members
Following Mike's recent post about Reading Lists, I too am interested in this topic but on a smaller scale. We are aware that we create reading lists for departments and that there are many across the Trust which continue to be recycled year on year - both those originally created by ourselves and those created by individual staff members, without a thought to updating. We are keen to streamline and better organise the management of reading lists within the organisation. I know there is commercially available software for reading list management but we have nowhere near as many reading lists as a university - we are talking tens rather than hundreds. I wondered what options are out there and what systems, commercial or otherwise, other smaller organisations have in place to manage reading lists and keep them up to date.
