Laura,
I know TNA use Zeutschels and a Digital Archival Publisher I used to work for use Zeutschels to scan archival collections. Having worked with scanned documents produced by Zeutschel scanners, I would highly recommend them.

Subject: A1/A0 scanner - Apologies - hopefully message included here
I am looking for advice on purchasing a A1/A0 flatbed scanner (apologies if I have missed something already posted to list recently)
If anyone has any experience with the following scanners I would be interested to hear your thoughts on their suitability for scanning archival collections and whether you would recommend them for use?
Versascan 3650 (A0+)
Versascan 2550 (A1+)
Zeutschel OS14000 A1 LS
Zeutschel OS14000 AO LS
Widetek 36" sheet-feed scanner
Many thanks for any advice.
Kind regards,
Laura
