Hi Jeremy,
Thanks for this - by luck, I have a postal vote but this could be a
problem for others. They could always do as they do in Parliament, i.e.
match voting. If two people, one in and one out, both agree not to vote
at all, then they "annihilate" each other, and they can both go to
hepsysman.
