Dear SPM users,
I am trying to transform functional connectivity maps from MNI to subject-space using inverse normalization. I did manage to produce the appropriate inverse transformation matrices, however the resulting images do not align with the original files. I use the following script and batch for inverse normalization:
inverse normalization script:
---------------------------------------
% List of open inputs
nrun = 1; % enter the number of runs here
jobfile = {[mainFolder 'write_inverse_job.m']};
jobs = repmat(jobfile, 1, nrun);
% inputs = cell(2, nrun);
inputs{1} = {defImage};
inputs{2} = {[mapDir 'masked_connectivity_map_right_' personName '.nii,1']};
spm('defaults', 'FMRI');
spm_jobman('run', jobs, inputs{:});
% spm_jobman('run', jobs, inputs);
---------------------------------------
write_inverse_job.m:
---------------------------------------
matlabbatch{1}.spm.spatial.normalise.write.subj.def = '<UNDEFINED>';
matlabbatch{1}.spm.spatial.normalise.write.subj.resample = '<UNDEFINED>';
matlabbatch{1}.spm.spatial.normalise.write.woptions.bb = [NaN NaN NaN
NaN NaN NaN];
matlabbatch{1}.spm.spatial.normalise.write.woptions.vox = [1 1 1];
matlabbatch{1}.spm.spatial.normalise.write.woptions.interp = 4;
---------------------------------------
defImage refers to the corresponding 'iy_*'-file. Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.
