Thanks, Andrew, Max. Jarring apparently is what I must avoid so all such
tool activities are out. Headstand I did for maybe ten years once or twice
a week. Not sure that caused problem but it is not to be done now that I
have a stenosis which impinges on the nerve. I still do standing and
sitting Iyengar poses which are good for flexibility but inversions are out
so no shoulder stands either. Will take some adapting but at least I can
walk. Just back from Australian Gallery traipsing. Fiona Hall's
exhibition, direct from Venice Bienale is sensational.
