Dear colleagues,
I am happy to announce the Research School on Quantum Dynamics in Tailored Intense Fields, taking place at the University of Rostock, Germany, during 26-29 September 2016. This school is organized by the German DFG funded Priority Programme "Quantum Dynamics in Tailored Intense Fields (QUTIF)" after which the research school is named . The school is open to all students and researchers interested in the topic. There is no participation fee, but the number of participants is limited. For detailed information and online registration (deadline 22 July 2016), please visit

Speakers & topics:
--------------------------
Hans-Jakob Wörner: Attosecond spectroscopy
Caterina Vozzi: High harmonic generation
Matthias Wollenhaupt: Coherent control & pulse shaping
Misha Ivanov: Quantum trajectories and the Lewenstein model
Peter Hommelhoff: Nanoscale strong field physics
Matthias Kling: Coltrims & velocity map imaging
Oliver Kühn: Optimal control theory
