... of which 'SC' denotes 'SPECTRUM compliance'.
If we have access to the criteria for this assessment, it will open up lots
of opportunities for museums to use software driven by the Accreditation
Standard that may be more cost effective or reflective / customised
according to the practical needs of the museum. Not all museums can afford
to purchase multiple licenses and not all can afford ongoing maintenance.
This has resulted in many using their own bespoke systems which may not
come up to standard, or there's an assumption that they do come up to
standard, but no actual test for compliance.
