Happy Friday!
Since 7 June all our WN started logging something like this over & over:
Jun 7 07:28:04 hd-36-01 cvmfs2: (cp3.uclouvain.be) switching host from http://cernvmfs.gridpp.rl.ac.uk:8000/opt/cp3 to http://cvmfs-stratum-one.cern.ch:8000/opt/cp3

Jun 7 07:28:04 hd-36-01 cvmfs2: (cp3.uclouvain.be) failed to fetch file catalog at cp3.uclouvain.be:/ (hash: 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000, error 13 [Unsupported URL in protocol])
Does anyone know if this indicates a problem? If so, problem remote, or
problem at site?

Jun 10 10:30:24 bse11 cvmfs2: (cp3.uclouvain.be) Failed to initialize root file catalog (16 - file catalog failure)
In looking this up, in Mar 2016 a US site reported it, concluding "some
job trying to access it, but not supported by cvmfs config"
https://ticket.grid.iu.edu/28985?sort=up&
"cp3.uclouvain.be is not a supported repository on OSG. There must be
somebody trying to access it. It is not a configuration issue at your site."
Is the advice any different now?
(In Mar 2016 the US site reported, "ok, but it's filling up /var with zillions
of these messages". In our case it's not filling up /var but
/var/log/messages is 6-10 times bigger than it was last week, due to
these repeated cp3.uclouvain.be errors)
Grateful for advice &/or enlightenment
