Hi everybody!
For a QSM study I have registered the JHU labels in the space of each of my subject (I prefer not to interpolate the QSM). So I end up with a bunch of "subject-space atlas". Now, what i want to do is to extract values from each of the label in the atlas. However, I am forced to loop over each "subject-space atlas", perform an fslmaths in order to isolate the specific label at hand, do an fslstat in order to extract the values, and on and on.
Has someone a suggestion about a clever way to divide a numbered label atlas in just one go or, even better, to extract the values using directly the atlas ?
