If you're using a 2-group design and your contrast is comparing the two regressors in that design, then yes. You could plot that effect by extracting the subject-level parameter estimates within region "X". But beware, the effect size depicted in this plot will be inflated and you shouldn't run additional statistics on it, as they would be circular with your dual-regression analysis.
