Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in the ANSIR lab ( http://www.utsouthwestern.edu/labs/ansir/ ), University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX USA in the area of deep learning. The research involves the development of state-of-the art deep learning algorithms (DNN, CNN) and probabilistic models for multi-modal neuroimage analysis using our large existing and growing database of neuroimaging data spanning traumatic brain injury in sports, diseases impacting cognition: (Alzheimer’s, diabetes, schizophrenia, epilepsy, cardiovascular, brain tumors) and chemical addictions. The project develops new exciting tools for the systematic discovery of new biomarkers of sports related brain injury, and for outcome predictions in disease and drug addictions.
