Scholars at Newcastle University are beginning industrial action today over a coercive and bullying new outcomes-based performance management regime with the odious name of 'Raising the Bar.' In advance of negotiations with management, please take a few moments to sign this petition urging the Vice Chancellor to accept a union invitation to engage in a collegial alternative way of improving research.
