Dear all,
Claus Flensburg from Globalphasing sorted out how to visualise and
predict reflections with gpx2.
- 2cbf, distributed with XDS, converts all file formats supported by XDS
to cbf-format, hence my format PCK is no limitation
- the issue with the short wavelength was fixed by setting the
parameters 'mu_air_def', 'mu_air', 'mu_sensor_def' and 'mu_sensor' in
the file created by xparm2simin to 0.
This way simcal_predict creates the files required by gpx2 to show the
Miller indices on the cbf files.
I greatly appreciate all help!
Best regards,
Tim
