Hi Mohamed,
If you're looking for very low cost and are willing to put in a little bit of your own work (or have a workshop available on campus), then the little peristaltic pumps sold by Welco (www.welco.net) are wonderful. Technically they're OEM suppliers, but in my last email to them they were willing to supply small numbers (even individual units) to universities. You'd have to provide your own controller (DC or stepper motor, depending on model), but those are available very cheaply from hobby stores everywhere), and a custom mount can be laser-cut from polycarbonate for next to nothing.
Hope this helps!
