Dear members,
I’m a student researcher at the University of St Andrews interested in workplace behaviour and personality. As part of my summer research project, I am collecting information on the perceived pros and cons of participating in workplace meetings. I'm especially interested in any gender differences in these perceived pros and cons of meeting participation.
I would very much appreciate it if you could circulate this survey link (https://standrews.eu.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_1ZWKQghsuEdK5Cd) in your network, so that anyone who is interested in participating in this research can take part. If you are interested, please also feel free to take the survey yourselves. The link is anonymous, and we will not ask for any identifying information, so all participants will remain unidentifiable. It will likely take no more than 15-20 minutes, and has been approved by my university's ethical committee.
If you have any further questions regarding this project, feel free to get back in touch with me via email!
Many thanks,
Mary
