We're already on Q4 2015 (since January) and that seems pretty stable.
We're testing Q2 2016 and provisionally have an upgrade scheduled for the end of August.
Our thinking is
* we need more time to test it (and the new Turnitin building block)
* end users won't notice any real difference in functionality
* the behind-the-scenes changes should be a good thing, so other things being equal we'd like to upgrade this summer
