Not happening here, but we set USE_PID_NAMESPACES=False.

Well, we set USER_JOB_WRAPPER = /usr/sbin/mjf-job-wrapper, like it says
in the instructions, and it works OK AFAICS. Perhaps this PID NAMESPACES
idea gets it all mixed up?
