A good point, I totally agree, but I actually think the two events you
cited should be on the MA list. I am involved in open data work myself and
it is important part of our work, and clearly games work is relevant to our
sector so these events organisers should be advertising on the MA list.
As an conference organiser myself, if I knew of sectors I am not reaching I
would want to know more about them and then advertise to them as I have
seats to sell.
I'll admit it will not be easy getting these organisers to do this though.
