Have done Whats the time Mr wolf too this week - and flown kites (long long
ones with ten or fifteen Beijing opera mask kites all attached to each
other) - and use this to talk about weather...how is the feng today? is
there yu? Qing tian? etc ....and after looking at colours and counting and
Qing Ming et al. they LOVE the idea of burning paper money and ipads etc so
get some examples of paper money/ pics of these and you can act out the
whole Qing Ming celebration.
Hopscotch or jump house http://www.bbc.co.uk/education/clips/zt3hfg8 works
well. can add other characters if yours are great already on numbers.
Teeing up for dragon Boat. Doesn't matter if you don't have a river! a drum
and some chalk on the playground and you are there.
Good luck!

Subject: Outdoor games/ideas
Now that better weather is upon us, I was wondering whether anybody knew
some simple Chinese outdoor games? I have a Chinese club at lunchtime that
just loves to be outside. I have done things like 'what's the time Mr
Wolf?', but if there is a game that is simple and yet requires some Chinese
language, I would love to hear any ideas?
Thanks
