Dear Experts,
I would like to change my NIFTI file with datatype INT16 to RGB24.
Does exist in FSL some functions able to do this procedure?
The meaning regards the analysis of data in repository of resting state acquisition, that has datatype INT16.
But, as far I visualized, I don't see unequivocally the brain zone that were active during rest and the others that were not, because it is difficult to detect active voxels (functional information) and passive voxels (structural ones) since all images are in gray/white colors. So, changing INT16 to RGB24 I think make this investigation more accurate (all comments are welcome).
Thank you in advance
Best
Alberto
