Dear experts,
We ran PALM on our task fmri data, and we want to report z values for activation peaks. From what I learned in the wiki page, "Getting Cluster and Peak Information from Randomise Output", (http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/Randomise/UserGuide#Getting_Cluster_and_Peak_Information_from_Randomise_Output)
all we need from palm should be a mask of significant regions. If so, can we use that mask to get peak information (via commend of cluster) from FEAT output of zstat.nii.gz in order to report Z values?
Thanks,
