Dear FSL experts,
We are planning to run connectivity analyses, in which we aim to examine whether the interaction effect between 2 continuous variables on connectivity measures is significantly different between 2 groups. We are struggling a bit, however, with constructing the design matrix and associated contrasts. In fact, is it possible to test such effect using FSL?
Our sample consists of depressed and healthy participants, and the continuous variables are measures of depressive (Q1) and anxious (Q2) symptomatology. We specifically want to model the following:
C1. Positive Interaction Q1 x Q2 stronger in Depressed than Healthy participants
C1. Positive Interaction Q1 x Q2 weaker in Depressed than Healthy participants
C3. Negative Interaction Q1 x Q2 stronger in Depressed than Healthy participants
C4. Negative Interaction Q1 x Q2 weaker in Depressed than Healthy participants
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Regards,
Mauro
