Goodmorning everyone,
We have a lady with an Environmental Control System, which is linked to a relay unit producing two switch outputs. We have been trying to use those outputs to turn the pages ("Next page", "Previous Page) on an Amazon Fire.
We first tried a "Blue2" Switch but what we found was that the Bluetooth switch and the Fire would "loose" each other very often and the client's carers would have to re-pair them very often. We then tried a device called AirTurn (DIGIT BT-106) which is used by musicians to turn pages (wirelessly) of music in a tablet by pressing (usually) a foot switch. Unfortunately after obtaining the device and seeing that it doesn't work with the Fire, I contacted the company only to find out that it is not compatible with the Amazon Fire.
Has anybody come across something similar? Any suggestions as to how we could enable this lady to turn the Kindle pages on her Amazon Fire?
Thank you all!!!
