Hi there.
Newbie to SPM/DCM here, so this may be a question with an obvious answer that I simply haven’t been able to find yet. I have a dataset of resting-state mouse fMRI, from which 100 nodes have been identified with ICA and the eigenvariate time series of these nodes have been extracted. In addition, these mice were placed under multiple carefully controlled anaesthesia levels in the scanner, with the goal of determining how anaesthesia changes the connectivity.
I want to build a DCM (the specific structure is not overly important yet) with three or four nodes of this dataset. Since I do not possess the raw dataset, I cannot run an SPM analysis; ergo, I would like to feed the time series directly into the DCM model. Is this possible? If so, how would I go about it?
Side question: could, as I suspect, the differing anaesthesia levels that the mice were placed under be treated as different conditions for the purpose of the DCM analysis?
Many thanks for your help.
