LM Information Delivery Number 1 Supplier to LUPC
LM Information Delivery (LM) a leading global provider of subscription and information management services, has once again been selected as the top ranked supplier for the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC).
LM will continue to supply the consortia members, as it has over the past four years, with both electronic and print journal subscriptions along with e-packages.
Jill Christiaens, Senior Contracts Manager for LUPC says:
"LUPC is pleased to appoint LM Information Delivery as one of the suppliers to the new iteration of the Serials, Periodicals and Associated Services framework. During the robust tender procedure, led by Members from LUPC's Library Group, LM has demonstrated its capacity to provide the users of the framework with a quality and bespoke service, and competitive pricing."
LM’s focus on providing its customers with industry-leading customer service and highly competitive pricing was clearly appreciated by the LUPC and was reflected in the tender scoring for these areas.
Jan Donnelly, Country Manager for the UK and Ireland says:
“We are delighted to have been chosen as the top ranked supplier to the LUPC once again. This award reflects LM’s commitment to providing our customers with tailor-made, flexible solutions that support their library’s needs which is clearly appreciated by the LUPC members. Our total subscription management solutions combined with our innovative and bespoke customer service approach gives our customers the freedom to choose how they wish to work with us. For us, choice is crucial, that’s why we work with our customers’ other suppliers and systems such as ProQuest, Ex Libris and Alma integration to assist in the management of their libraries. By working with LM Information Delivery, customers can take control of their library; make the choices that suit their institution and streamline their library by outsourcing the total management of subscriptions to us.”
Institutions across the UK and Ireland are already seeing the benefits of transitioning to LM Information Delivery as Janne Jarvinen, CEO of LM Information Delivery notes:
“LM is investing heavily in state of the art technological solutions to support our customers and we are pleased that an ever increasing number of institutions across the UK and Ireland including LUPC member institutions will be able to benefit from these developments. Our commitment to our customers, combined with our excellent financial stability which is backed up by our highest possible Dun & Bradstreet credit rating makes us the clear choice as a trusted partner for total subscription management.”
