Hi FSL experts,
I am running a PPI analysis in which I use the interaction of task and group as a seed. That is, I used a group difference (X vs.Y) for a task contrast (A>B) as a seed for my PPI analysis. My question pertains to whether this will result in some sort of bias/circularity. Jill O'Reilly's paper discusses that using activation from the task contrast analysis (A>B) will be fine because we model out the task. However, what would the implications be if using an interaction of task and group (X vs. Y for A>B)? Would modeling out the task (A>B) and seed reduce circularity in this instance as well?
Thanks,
Danielle
