We're on Blackboard Basic too. Don't think this was related to the integration.

I had last checked on 21st March, and the Paper ID was not included. Since then there have been 6 new releases. Presumably this fix was included in the ubiquitous "General backend bug fixes".

Same here Steve,

I've had to chase up a few things throughout April and students have forwarded me their receipt emails and the id was present in them all.

Is it something to do with the type of integration? We use Blackboard Basic as far as i know...

It's been back for longer than since yesterday (I hadn't actually noticed it had gone).  I have examples to hand from the 4th, 7th and 18th   April which are in exactly the same format as your example below, quoting the submission ID.

No I can't understand why they would remove it - I suspect it was a mistake rather than an intentional change.

But anyway, the Paper ID is back again, as of yesterday. So hurrah for that.

Hi Andy
I really cannot understand why they would remove the Paper ID. Now when I ring them about an issue I have to provide the class ID and student name when before providing the paper ID would suffice.
Anyone know if/when they might reinstate the Paper ID in the receipts?
