Dear SPM users,
I am looking to write out warped images using VO = spm_write_sn(V,prm,flags) running in SPM8.
The image to transform (V) is a .img file (r-map image from a RSA analysis) of dimensions 64 X 64 X 32. The transformation information (prm) is a seg_sn.mat file generated from the segmentation of a structural scan resliced to the dimensions of the mean EPI image (64 X 64 X 32). The flags are set as follows: interp = 1, wrap [0 0 0], vox [3 3 3.75], bb [-78 -112 -50; 78 76 85], preserve = 0.
When running this I get the following error:
Error using spm_bsplinc
File too small.
Error in spm_write_sn>nonlin_transform (line 205)
C = spm_bsplinc(V(i),d);
Error in spm_write_sn (line 120)
nonlin_transform(V,prm,x,y,z,mat,flags,msk);
I have checked the dimensions of the transformation matrix and they are correct. I have also checked the image to transform and it looks fine. Any ideas/suggestions as to what might be the issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike
