burke: WISHFUL THINKING #109 <http://project365plus.blogspot.com.au/2016/04/burke-wishful-thinking-109.html> After reading an elegy which had me in tears I came across these words. *'journey of the fallen leaf * *back to the branch'* Franz Wright Somehow they apply. Maybe when we exit, we meet our dead gone before us - leaves back on the branch. A lot of *maybe* in my philosophy And then the living catch up with us. Seems fair. I never met Franz Wright but I'm a fan. Maybe it is wishful thinking. It's autumn here and the leaves are multi-coloured on and off the trees. -- Andrew http://hispirits.blogspot.com/ Books available through Walleah Press http://walleahpress.com.au <https://www.avast.com/sig-email?utm_medium=email&utm_source=link&utm_campaign=sig-email&utm_content=webmail> Virus-free. www.avast.com <https://www.avast.com/sig-email?utm_medium=email&utm_source=link&utm_campaign=sig-email&utm_content=webmail> <#DDB4FAA8-2DD7-40BB-A1B8-4E2AA1F9FDF2>
